The planning of a 2007-2020 Sustainable Tourism Development Master Plan for the Republic of Panama is presented to the government through the Panama Tourism Bureau, as one of its basic strategies, not only in the ordering of a tourism sector with great future, but as a developing factor of the territorial balance of the country altogether, and an efficient instrument in the fight against poverty.
