Ibiza Chic Hotels begins operation

The R&I developer is investing $28 million in three beach projects

With an investment reaching $28 million dollars, Rentability and Investment International, S. A. (R&I) opened the Ibiza Chic Hotels Playa Corona, the first of three hotels it will open under the administration of the chain with the same name on the Pacific coast of Panama.

Ibiza Chic Hotels Playa Corona is an exclusive beach hotel with eight floors of rooms. The modern infrastructure offers 108 spacious and comfortable cosmopolitan-style suites, each with a fully equipped living room, kitchenette and bedroom with double bed. Each room has a view of the ocean, lake or mountains.

The new hotel is located at Km 100 along the Panamerican Highway to the west of Panama City, just three minutes after the entrance to El Valle de Antón, in Coclé province. This modern and exclusive hotel is only 10 minutes from the new Rio Hato International Airport.

Among the hotel amenities are: permanent gallery, gym, sky lounge, swimming pool, sun deck, restaurant, lobby bar, meeting room and a spa.

R&I will also open two other developments, which combined will have 235 rooms more, in Coronado and Rio Hato.

Thus, the hotel chain Ibiza Chic Hotels will have 343 rooms available by mid 2013, offering a luxury lodging option for the foreign and domestic market.
