InterviewJavier and María Lardone - Argentina

Javier Alejandro Lardone - Argentina

María Emilia González de Lardone - Argentina

So far, what have you liked best about our country?

I was really surprised by the infrastructure, the value placed on the past, the importance of preserving history. I like that people here are so patriotic and defend their country. Also how the Panamanians took charge of the Canal and how they manage it. And well, the city, the growth it's undergoing, and how they use technology to make new things but keep the old too. I'm surprised by how advanced they are with technology.

Now that you know what Panama is like, did you imagine it would be like this?

The truth is, I thought Panama was the Canal and nothing more. Now that I'm here and I hear the stories they tell, I would honestly like to come back.

Would you recommend Panama as a country to visit?

Without a doubt I will tell my friends and family to come and see that work of construction, because it's one thing to know that it exists and something else to see how it works.
