Miramar is ten minutes beyond the town of Palenque. Most of the ships that stock Kuna Yala with staples (clothes, food and medicines) set sail from Miramar. This is the last stop before the village of Cuango, where the road ends. The place is simply spectacular and has some incredible landscapes.

Car: At the fork in the road towards Big Island, follow the sign that says Costa Arriba until you reach Miramar.
