Its excellent quality is undoubtedly due to several factors. One is that the Geisha variety (with some subvarieties) is an Arabica coffee. Many consider the Geisha variety to have the most outstanding flavor and aroma achieved thus far in the world of coffee.

Secondly, it is grown in an excellent climate, since Panama has a tropical climate due to its location in the tropics near the ecuator.

Several varieties of coffee are grown in the highlands of Chiriqui. The main criteria when choosing which variety to plant are the bean quality, production capacity, and plant resistance to weather conditions and pests.

This coffee can be enjoyed in every corner of Panama City, at shopping centers, restaurants, kiosks and hotels.
