Bars in Panama
Panama City is famous for its exciting nightlife. The nightlife offerings are very diverse, with lots to choose between and options for all tastes. There are three main sectors of the city to go out at night: Uruguay Street, Old Town in the San Felipe neighborhood, which is a historic Spanish colonial sector, and the spectacular Amador Causeway, which connects to three islands in the Bay of Panama, with views over the ocean and the city.
Panama has a wide mix of cultures and races, so there is a bar for everyone. There are national bars like the Golden Frog or Isthmus, where they make and serve their own artisanal beers along with national beers. From the other side of the pond come European bars like Steinbucks and Londoners, with all their tradition and authentic food. For something more laid back, there are lounges with soft background music, ideal for having a drink with friends. Bars like Havana Panama bring a slice of Cuba to Panama.
