Pageant-winners to be advised in Panama

An interview with the expert in images, Katty Pulido.

International beauty pursues perfection on the Isthmus, as shown by the two Guatemalan misses who arrived in Panama last Sunday to be polished by the hands of the renowned image consultant from Venezuela and resident in our country, Katty Pulido.

Laura Gody, Miss Guatemala contestant for Miss Universe 2012 and Christa García, Miss Guatemala for Miss International 2012, revealed to Ey! that they will stay for approximately 15 days to take various classes on image consulting, makeup, runway, etiquette and protocol, culture, diction, body language, among others.

Godoy mentioned that she had the opportunity to meet our representative for Miss Universe 2012, Stephanie Vander Werf, and did not fail to rave over her. She said that the Panamanian is a very pretty girl who has all the qualities necessary to rank among the favorites: cheerful, charming, good personality and beautiful.

Another reason why the misses came is for fittings with the Panamanian designer César D' Castro, who will prepare the traditional dresses that both girls will wear in these important pageants.

The Guatemalan representative for Miss Universe added that her outfit will be inspired by the end of the Mayan calendar, which completes its cycle this December 21 with the apocalyptical prophecy.

Both girls plan to visit some tourist sites in Panama, like the Old Town, the Golden Altar and Portobelo.

And what about plastic surgery? Christa said that she has not yet had any retouching done on her body, but Laura emphasizes that she only her breasts enlarged one cup bigger.

"Actually, I had my surgery for the Miss Guatemala 2011 pageant. I don't think it's that obvious," said Godoy.
