Recipe: Roast suckling pig
Ingredients
1 Majorcan suckling pig
1/2 liter of olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1 L of brandy
1 L of lemon juice
Salt
Ground white pepper
Potato
Preparation
Season the suckling pig with salt and pepper and then marinate with half the lemon juice for 24 hours before roasting time. Season again with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Bathe in brandy, the rest of the lemon juice and olive oil. Roast in the oven at medium heat for approximately 90 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
