Newland International Properties Corp., the developing company of Trump Ocean Club International Hotel & Tower, announced that it reached an agreement with Sun International to operate the 75,000 square feet (7,200 square meters) of space reserved for the casino.
Sun International, a firm based out of Johannesburg, acquired various spaces within the development to operate the casino. Sun International will invest $105 million for the acquisition and completion of the project. The casino is planned to open in mid-2014.
