This new initiative aims to bring recognition to the growing importance of bloggers in the outreach and promotion work of the tourism sector, and the willingness to strengthen ties with Latin American opinion leaders in the travel industry.
Of the tourism bloggers who have made it to the final round, selected to represent each country, the finalist will by determined by FITUR's followers on Facebook. The blogger who receives the highest number of votes via the application published on the fair's profile page will be announced the winner and invited to visit FITUR 2013, with the flight and lodging expenses covered.
