Panama will host Economic Forum
Panama will host the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum on Latin America in 2014, which will address the Canal expansion as its main topic. President Ricardo Martinelli made the announcement in Davos, where he participated in the 43th World Economic Forum.
Martinelli met with the President of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, “to finalize details” about the conference that will be held in Panama in April 2014, “whose primary topic will be the Canal expansion,” indicated the official statement.
