Panama participating in FITUR with 15 companies

This week 15 Panamanian companies are promoting their national destinations at FITUR, one of the most important fairs in the international tourism sector, which is held in Madrid, Spain.

Copa Airlines, Turista Internacional, Aventuras 2000, Eco Aventuras, Panama Star Tours and El Panama, Playa Blanca and Decameron hotels are some of the companies that are participating in the event, which this year expects to receive more than 9,000 international buyers.

The Panamanian stand, measuring 300 square meters, is the largest pavilion at the fair among Central America countries. Last year Panama was awarded for having the best stand by the FITUR organizers.

This year the Panamanian delegation expects to surpass the 500 business appointments they made last year.
