Viaduct will be ready in April

Construction on the viaduct over Los Mártires Avenue, which costs $76,540,000 and is being run by the company Conalvías, is 94% completed, with the date for final delivery set for April 15th.

This was reported yesterday by the Minister of Public Works, Jaime Ford, during an inspection tour that included the project being executed by Constructora Meco at the intersection of National Avenue with Omar Torrijos and Paseo Andrews, for which MCM Global is responsible.

This public works is part of the Road Restructuring Plan that began in 2010 and has progressed from 87 to 92%.

During the inspection at Los Mártires Avenue, President Ricardo Martinelli announced that another historic monument will be built in honor of the students at National Institute who participated in the patriotic feat on January 9, 1964.
