The Panamanian Embassy in Vietnam participated for the first time in the World Food Festival 2010 gastronomical festival. It is the most important gastronomical festival held in this Eastern country. The festival is held just as the country undergoes the celebration of the 35 years of the establishment of the bilateral Diplomatic Relations between Viertnam and Panama.

 

The gastronomical sample was held for five days and was compromised of a total of more than 80 stands. The attendance was of more than thirty and five countries, where Panama was emphasize by the delicious sample of our main typical dishes like rice with chicken, corn torrejas, the tropical and typical fish ceviche, and very famous Panamanian sancocho, which was the affability of foreigners and Vietnameses that took their passage by the stand of Panama and thus to show a part of our national culture.
