There was a celebration for the fonudation of the Distrito de Las Palmas

 

With the presentation of Flokloric activities, sale of diverse products and a Compita Feria, the neighberhood residents of the Distrito de Las Palmas in Veraguas celebrated 238 years of the fonudation of the district.

 

Ovidio Barria, Mayor, mentioned the remarkable participation of the Campesino groups which brought for sale all kinds of agricultural products which were sold free of municipal tax. This, as a showing of cooperation and solidarity to the event from the Municipal authorities.
