El premio a la innovación otorgado por la Editorial Grupo Excelencias, de Europa, a la Autoridad de Turismo Panamá, ATP durante la Feria Fitur se basa en los resultados de campañas como ATLAPA GRATIS .

Esta campaña generó en el año 2011, 65,000 noches de hotel gracias a la celebración de más de 60 convenciones.   Para el año 2012, ya hay reservadas otras 69 reuniones cuyas proyecciones   se espera que rebasen las 100,000 noches, solo en negocios cerrados por ATP dijo el Vice Ministro Ernesto Orillac, al recibir el premio.

On Wednesday, January 18th, the Tourism Authority officially launched the Panama City Carnival "La Jumbo Rumba," which will be held from February 17th through February 22nd, in Cinta Costera, for convenience and safety of domestic and international visitors.
