The district of Chitré, Herrera, celebrated their 164th anniversary with various activities.

Monsignor Fernando Torres Duán was the flag bearer of this activity.

Great artists celebrate their career anniversaries, and Panama is no exception. The latest artist to celebrate here was the salsa singer Cano Estremera on Saturday night at the night club Latitude 47, an event organized by the radio station KY 92.5 FM.

Around four airlines have shown interest in establishing direct flights to Tocumen International Airport.

Panama participated in the TTG Incontri 2012 trade fair, held from October 18 to 20 in Rimini, Italy, where representatives from over 50 countries gave presentations. Panama attended once again with a delegation formed by the Panama Tourism Authority and private companies.
