Kevin Foley, winner of Panama Claro Championship 2013 on Web.com Tour

Kevin Foley, a 26 year old American who turned pro just a little over two years ago and was playing for his first time in Panama, knew how to hold his game and finished with 67 (-3) and a total score of 8-under-par (272/66-69-70-67).

He came out just one point above the leader at the start of the 4th round, the Australian veteran Mathew Goggin, who had his sights set on taking away the title again (he won in 2010 with a 269), but with a double bogey on hole 3 and a triple bogey on hole 11, he strayed from the mark, and even when he rebounded with birdies on the 14 and 15, he still came up one short and recorded a 7-under-par (273/69-68-66-70).
